Why isn't my Instagram account connecting?
There are a few common reasons for connection issues:
- Ensure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account.
- Make sure your Instagram is connected to a Facebook Page.
- Check that you have granted all necessary permissions to Hyphrki during setup.
Do I need a Facebook Page to use Hyphrki?
Yes. Instagram's API requires your Instagram Professional account to be linked to a Facebook Page to allow third-party automation tools like Hyphrki to work.
Is there a limit to how many DMs I can send?
Hyphrki works within Instagram's rate limits to keep your account safe. While there is no hard cap on our "Unlimited" plan, we intelligently queue messages to ensure you don't exceed Instagram's platform limits.
Can I switch my Facebook Page later?
Yes! You can manage your connected pages in the dashboard settings under "Integrations".
